10 New Aircraft, Luggage, and Wilderness Tax

We sincerely hope that all of you have had a fantastic festive season and would like to take this opportunity
to wish you and all your families all the very best for 2018.
We are extremely excited to announce a number of key developments at Mack Air; that we are confident will
have a fundamentally positive impact on both yours and your client’s experience when we have the pleasure
of flying you across the region.

TEN New Cessna Grand Caravan EX Aircraft:
The first TWO of our TEN brand new Cessna Grand Caravan EX aircraft, that we will be operating across
Southern Africa, have been delivered from the factory in Wichita, U.S.A. to Maun, Botswana. The remaining
eight aircraft are all expected to be operational in Maun by mid-July 2018 and therefore available for charters
and transfers during the 2018 high season. Prior to delivery, all of the aircraft have been fitted with additional
short take-off and landing modifications are air-conditioned, have a more powerful engine than the standard
Cessna Grand Caravan and are specifically configured for operations in hot environments; all these
enhancements on the new aircraft make for a significantly improved customer experience in terms of
improved safety, performance, and passenger comfort.
As a result of the introduction of the new aircraft and the increased capacity; we are pleased to announce the
improvement of a number of our key terms for the 2018 season:

Larger Luggage Policy:
Previously our luggage policy, along with the majority of operators in the region, stated that passengers carry
no more than:
20kg in total (including hand luggage) and that only soft-sided bags could be accepted that were no
larger than 250mm x 300mm x 620 mm.

We have now upgraded our luggage policy to:
20kg in total (including hand luggage) and it will now be now acceptable for passengers to have a
hard-braced bottom with wheels and soft sides. Dimensions have also been increased to 300mm x
350mm x 700mm.

Please note that this luggage policy is ONLY for travel on Mack Air aircraft & unfortunately, we cannot be
held responsible for passengers changing to another charter company, during the course of their safari, and
their baggage not being accepted as a result of these charter companies not accepting Mack Air’s superior
terms.

Wilderness Safaris airfield service fee
As most of you are now aware, Wilderness Safaris Botswana unilaterally instituted a $15 per passenger
service fee charge for all clients traveling to Wilderness Camps from 1 January 2018. We recognize that in
the current environment it is an extremely late notice for the agents and passengers to incur this charge and
therefore, at Mack Air, we have agreed to absorb this cost into our existing pricing for the 2018 season in
support of all our clients.

Summary
On behalf of all the Management, Staff, and Employees of Mack Air we would like to take this opportunity to
thank you most sincerely for all your support and we look forward to welcoming both you and your clients
into the region on our new aircraft and we wish you all the very best success for the forthcoming season.
