Additional SIX New Cessna Grand Caravan EX Aircraft:
Our TEN brand new Cessna Grand Caravan EX aircraft have all been delivered to Maun, Botswana. They have been successfully integrated into the fleet and are now operating across the region.
We are incredibly proud of the expansion of the fleet and the introduction of the new EX aircraft during the course of the 2018 season. All of the aircraft have been fitted with additional short take-off and landing modifications, air conditioning, have a more powerful engine than the standard Cessna Grand Caravan, and are specifically configured for operations in hot environments. These enhancements on the new aircraft make for a significantly improved customer experience in terms of improved safety, performance, and passenger comfort. The client feedback has far exceeded our expectations and we would like to thank all you and your clients for your support.
As a result of the client response and additional volumes, we are very pleased to announce that we have ordered a further SIX Cessna Grand Caravan EX aircraft – which will increase our fleet of new EX aircraft at Mack Air to SIXTEEN by the end of 2018 and we will be operating a total turbine fleet of TWENTY-ONE aircraft as we enter the 2019 season.
We have a BRAND NEW Kasane Lounge
As a result of the increased activity on our flights via Kasane and in a bid to continually improve our customer experience, we have opened a fantastic new dedicated lounge facility at Kasane Airport for our clients.
The luxurious air-conditioned lounge is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, ample luggage storage facilities, cold drinks, water, coffee, and tea and we can’t wait to welcome you and your clients into our new lounge and enjoying its’ comforts as you pass through Kasane.
Windhoek Eros Flights are STARTING
We are proud to announce that with effect from the 1st of January 2019 we will be opening up flights to and from Windhoek Eros.
We have a special introductory offer of $500 per person (excluding departure taxes) and will be offering these flights to clients on Mondays and Fridays initially. We will also offer flights during the remainder of the week on an ad-hoc basis and subject to client demand and bookings.
Green Season Special Rates
In line with our new “Go Mack Air Green” ethos and brand, we are proud to announce that in 2019 we will be supporting the Green Season and therefore WILL be DELAYING the introduction of the new 2019 rates until the 1st of April 2019.
