IT Systems Upgrade

We are excited to announce, to all of our customers, that we have completed the upgrade of our IT support system at Mack Air. We are confident that this will significantly enhance your entire booking experience and we intend to make the entire process as seamless as possible for you. The system is based on a classic airline booking and management system, that many of you are familiar with, and it has been adapted for the uniqueness of our operation – whilst also allowing us to better align with global aviation trends as well as regulatory authorities.

Therefore, when making a booking with us, we respectfully request that you ensure that all information is up to date, relevant and that all of the fields have been completed. This will enable the system to send automated reminders etc. prior to the flight to you as the agent, with a booking reference, and this will enable us to locate and respond quickly to any queries you may have going forward.

In moving to the new system, we do need full and complete information and please feel free to use the attached template as a guideline for the information we will require.

Although a lot of care has been taken while entering all the current reservation details we have on file for you, we would like to request that you verify that all the information is valid and up to date when receiving any reservation requests from ourselves, just as an additional reference check and we will send a report that can also be cross-checked to ensure that they are all correct.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are confident that this will be nothing more than a simple cursory check and something you would do in the normal course of your interaction with us.
